This medium gauge / mm stainless steel barrel works for storing lighter liquids such as water, wine, beer, alcohol, fuel / ethanol. It also works well for storage of heavy liquids such as maple syrup, olive oil, or any other oil or heavy liquid. Previously used Stainless Steel barrels work well to store and protect these liquids. This is high quality 304 stainless steel. It controls oxidation and evaporation when storing wine, beer, or alcohol including heavy liquids such as maple syrup, olive oil and other oils. The barrels work well when there is a need to pour hot liquids in to aid in the sterilization process.
